Sizing: Measure your palm circumference just below the knuckles. S/M fits roughly 7 to 8 inches (18 to 20 cm) and L/XL fits roughly 8 to 9.5 inches (20 to 24 cm). Both sizes fit over 120-inch hand wraps. Between sizes, size up.
